Arautava Description
I love the nose of the Listán Blanco, a village white from La Orotava from shallow rocky soils in the lieux-dits of Cruz Santa and Palo Blanco. It is varietal, with Atlantic character and volcanic/mineral notes. It has good ripeness, 12.5% alcohol and very good freshness and acidity, with a tasty palate with austere flavors.
