Baron De La Truffe Description
Intensely rich, and elegantly reflecting the same velvet-coated tannins indigenous to the clay amnd limestone terroir where the black truffle is grown, this exquisitely rustic wine displays opulent flavors of roasted nuts and woodland berries; a true distinction of its heritage as a cabernet franc grape. Savored with a French or ashen-rind goat cheese, beef tenderloin, or with fresly shaven black truffles, it is an exceptional wine to decant and drink now but has the structure to cellar age and relish for later.
