Basile Description
The Basile Artéteca has a pure, clear crystalline straw yellow colour. Nose: fruity, white stone fruit, (ripe) pear, quince, fine notes of yellow plum spicy, fresh grass, some hay, notes of linden. The taste is fruity, mineral, well balanced and offers a nice mineral almost salty frame, tension, flavor and juiciness. On the palate, this Artéteca expresses notes of juicy, crunchy green apple and quince and light notes of small yellow plum combined with fine notes of citrus and very light hints of hay (in the background). Good length. A very discreet salty hint in the persistent finish.
