Bricco Del Sole Description
Located in the Italy’s Piedmont region, this estate has been in the Morando family since the beginning of the 19th century. Covering 50 acres of vineyard, they practice organic viticulture, using only natural fertilizers while also employing biodynamic techniques. This wine is 100% Barbera sourced from their vineyards of calcareous clay soils with vines averaging over 70 years of age. The grapes fermented naturally over 7-10 days and aged in large oak casks for 12-28 months. This vibrant red is soft with sweet notes reminiscent of black cherry and red fruits. Fresh and velvety on the palate with moderate body and acidity.
