Graeme & Julie Description
A blend of 80% Roussanne and 20% Marsanne. The grapes are hand picked and then sorted in the vineyard and at the entrance to the winery. 100% whole bunch pressed. The wine see 10 months in French oak barrels. Delicious with goat cheese and shellfish and seafood dishes. Fresh, pure, focused and bright with pear and white peach fruit, as well as some citrus notes. Linear, and quite modern in style.
